My fireplace this year is flanked with vintage pieces I have found throughout the year. It is the perfect mix of cozy and rustic charm. I love the plaid thermos and adorable mini lantern.
Copper was a slight obsession for me this fall and it seems it may carry into winter as well! I love the warmth it brings for being metallic. Add a few wood rounds for height and greenery for texture, and how cute is this sign? Love that panel wagon!
I tend to keep my mantel pretty simple, with greenery, feathers and a few burlap flowers. Every year I look at getting new stockings for me and the hubby, but have yet to find ones I like. I secretly love my son's and wish it were mine (deer + plaid = Yes please!).
I have always been an eclectic tree decorator. I don't stick to one color or have set themes. I love getting a new ornament each year to reflect on something important from that year or someone in the family. I have a few personalized ornaments from the kids, because lets face it, it won't be long before they are grown. I am going to soak it all up and enjoy those little finger print ornaments while I can! Add a little burlap for good measure, lots of red this year and a beautiful angel on top, watching over us for the season.
My living room is just about complete, I have a few more items to put out and garland to hang. Then next up will be the kitchen table. I love decorating the table, even though with two littles it is somewhat of a royal pain. I picked up these darling tea towels at Target and decided they would make perfect napkins for my table this season. Still on the hunt for chargers and dishes!
