Crock-Pot Peperoncini Roast

This recipe is by far one of my most favorite ways to make a roast and even better that you get to use a crock-pot to do all the work, and really there isn't much work because this is also a very easy recipe!

You will need the following:

2 lb. roast
1 packet of au jus seasoning
1 packet of ranch dressing seasoning
1/2 stick of butter
Peperoncini's

Put the roast in the crock-pot. Pour a little juice from the peperoncini's and put as many peperoncini's as you would like in the crock-pot, ensuring you have some on the roast to infuse that delicious flavor. Then pour each seasoning packet onto the roast. Make a small slit on the top of the roast and nest the 1/2 cube of butter in the slit (this will ensure that it won't slide off). Cover and set to low and cook for 8 hours.

I will normally serve with mashed potatoes and green beans. Once the roast is done there is juice remaining that I use to pour on the potatoes.

You will not be sorry you tried this, it is devoured every time!

Enjoy!
